Thank you for shopping at Just Boutique, We hope you were completely satisified with your purpchase, however we understand that sometimes you may need to return the garment bought, with that in mind unlike most evening and special occasion retailers we accept returns for exchanges or store credit which never expires, we do not offer any refunds.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order to request a store return number (SR#), please clearly indicate if you wish for store credit or exchange (for exchangers please note the designer, style, colour, & size , of the garment you wish to exchange for, and also the wear date.) which will be issued once your return is received and inspected. NOTICE: any special orders, made to measure garments, cannot be returned. All exchanges being returned are based on the garment being in its original condition. Returns must be shipped back to use within 3 days of receiving your SR# (store return number).
You may use any shipping carrier of your choice however all returns must be insured by the shipping carrier and sent 'signature required'. We are not responsible for lost returns. Postage and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all postage costs for returned garments.If the garment is post-marked past the 3 days allowed or does not have a SR#, it will be refused and sent back to the customer (on payment of postage). The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of returning the garment.
All garments being returned must be in their original condition with all tags in place. Gowns must be received back unwore, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with the original product tags attached and undamaged, with its garment bag intact. If a tag has been removed, your return will be denied. There must be no sign of smoking, pets, signs of wear, marks, cleaning, alteration or make-up ie. false tan on the garment, or it will be denied. Should your garment be denied you will be contacted by email or phone and the garment will be sent back to the customer (on payment of postage). The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of returning the garment. Returns should be sent to the following address:
